Become a volunteer!
By volunteering with Soaring Kidz, you are offering your time to change a child's life as they accomplish something they may have never believed they could achieve. For each program, a volunteer "buddy" is matched with each "Soaring Kid" to help him or her reach his/her highest potential in the activity while maintaining a safe and fun environment for all. Volunteers are also needed behind the scenes to help areas such as fundraising, administration, web design, and marketing.
How do I volunteer?
It's easy! Just fill out the volunteer registration form and email the completed form to soaring.kidz@gmail.com.
What should I expect?
Soaring Kidz are very unique and no one label can be applied to them. As a volunteer to the program, you will be paired with a child that we feel matches your personality and abilities. A simple questionnaire will help us determine the best match for you. If you feel uncomfortable with a match, please let us know, and we can either provide training or a different match that better fits your personality and strengths.
Soaring Kidz is a non-profit organization. Our goal is to provide high quality sports and recreational programs while minimizing the cost to the families we serve. Your generous contributions of money, facilities, and/or equipment can help provide our Soaring Kidz with an unforgettable experience!
